Welcome to the YCPARMIA Medical Provider Network
This page is dedicated as a resource to forms and information on our Medical Providers Network. Inclusion in the network is based on the collective input of our staff comp nurse, our examiners, and our network service provider, PDI. The goal for us is to get the best doctors, providing the most responsive services, getting the best results, and providing timely reports to keep the system moving. We do not track costs or usage, and have no special fee arrangements with our doctors.
